Using the AIA Code of Ethics as a guide and applying the ethical decision making model, the architect will examine some of the everyday complex issues of professional practice, such as conflicts of interest, whistle-blowing, safety, confidentiality and gifts. This course includes a multiple-choice quiz to test your understanding of the material. At the conclusion of this course you will be able to: - Demonstrate knowledge of contents of the American Institute of Architects Code of Ethics.

- Demonstrate understanding of professional conduct and ethics by examining specific cases/problems.
